From 1978 to now...
Orient Group is engaged in research, development, production and service of 10-1000kV series compsite insulators which includes suspension insulators, long rod insulators,pin insulators,post insulators and electrified railway insulators. We have developed 110-500kv composite insulators single injection technology.
We passed the ISO19001-Quality management System, ISO24001-Environmental management System, ISO45001-Health & Safety management System. We have type test reports in international Lab. We have full production line for silicone rubber mixing,fiber glass rod production,end fittings production.
Our History
- 1978: Factory established and producing fittings and electrical equipments
- 1999: Buit composite insulators production line and producting insulators
- 2003: Got patent for 500kV whole injection production way
- 2004: Silicone rubber mixingworkshop established,daily capacity 2000kgs
- 2005: Moved to new factory side and increased production cability
- 2007: Began to produce end fittings,mainly in machining and lathe turning
- 2010: Built 6 production lines for fiber glass reinforced core rod
- 2011: Forging workshop established and change most end fittings to forging
- 2012: Got 5000h aging test report
- 2014: Participating international exhibitions
- 2016: Buy a new land and buit new workshops
- 2018: Exported composite insulators to more than 50 countries.
- 2019: Get into the Chinese Railway supplier until 350km/h.
- 2022: Focus on new product development.
